AI upskilling for the enterprise

Your team got AI tools.
Nobody got AI skills.

ConforAI turns AI-curious teams into AI-capable ones: role-based curricula, hands-on practice with real work tasks, live skill exams, and certificates you can show an auditor.

ROLE-BASED TRACKS · 12 LANGUAGES · EU AI ACT ARTICLE 4 READY

Skill, live CUSTOMER SUPPORT · WEEK 2 OF TRACK
Today's real task Summarize 40 NPS responses and draft three actions for the team meeting.

This is the skill ConforAI teaches: not AI trivia, but getting real work done well, and knowing where the line is. Sample exercise from the Everyone track.

Why now

The tools arrived. The capability didn't.

Most companies bought licenses and hoped. The result is a workforce that uses AI badly, secretly, or not at all.

GAP 01

Shallow use

People type one lazy prompt, get a mediocre answer, and conclude AI is overrated. The productivity everyone promised never shows up in the numbers.

GAP 02

Shadow use

Meanwhile the confident ones paste customer data into whatever tool is open in the next browser tab. Nobody taught them where the line is.

GAP 03

Zero proof

Regulators now expect demonstrated AI literacy. A license invoice and a lunch webinar are not a training record you can defend.

Role-based tracks

Everyone learns AI. Each role learns it differently.

Three curricula, one program. Each track mixes lessons, videos, hands-on exercises and assessments, tuned to what that role actually does all day.

Track 01 · All staff

Everyone

From AI-curious to confidently productive.

  • Prompting that works: context, iteration, verification.
  • AI in your daily tools: writing, summarizing, analyzing.
  • Safe use: data boundaries, checking outputs, when not to use AI.
  • Applied practice on tasks from your own function.
Track 02 · Team leads & management

Managers

Judgment, oversight, and leading AI-assisted teams.

  • Reviewing AI-assisted work: what to trust, what to verify.
  • Where AI belongs in your team's workflow, and where it doesn't.
  • Policy in practice: approvals, escalation, incident response.
  • Measuring adoption without gaming the numbers.
Track 03 · Power users & technical staff

Builders

The people who turn AI into workflows for everyone else.

  • Advanced prompting and reusable prompt patterns.
  • Automating multi-step work responsibly.
  • Evaluating outputs systematically, not by vibes.
  • Building internal playbooks the whole org can adopt.
How it works

Assess. Learn. Apply. Certify.

A capability program, not a content dump. Four stages, each one measured.

Assess

A baseline AI-skills assessment maps where every person actually stands, so nobody sits through what they already know.

Learn

Role-based modules: lessons, narrated and presenter videos, podcasts, and an AI tutor on every topic. Grounded in your tools and policies, in 12 languages.

Apply

Hands-on exercises and scenario drills built from real work: draft it, check it, fix it. Skills form in the doing, not the watching.

Certify

Knowledge gates and live AI voice exams verify the skill. Every result lands as a tamper-evident record with a verifiable certificate.

The practice lab

Skills form under pressure, not in slideware.

Every track includes scenario drills where the learner has to make the call, live exams where an AI examiner probes for real understanding, and exercises checked against rubrics, not attendance.

  • Judgment drills: realistic AI moments with consequences and coaching.
  • Live AI voice exams with proctoring, adapted in real time.
  • Rubric-scored practice, so "completed" means "can actually do it".
Judgment drill · Safe useTRY IT

The deal closes tomorrow. A teammate is about to paste the full customer contract into a free public chatbot to summarize it.

Right call The summary still lands in minutes, from the approved workspace, and the exposure gets contained instead of becoming an incident report. This is exactly what the Everyone track drills.
That one costs you Confidential terms just left the building, permanently. One drilled reflex, "wrong tool, same speed, switch", is the difference. That reflex is trainable.
The regulator angle

Upskilling that doubles as your Article 4 evidence.

The EU AI Act's Article 4 duty to ensure AI literacy has been in force since February 2025, and it is not the only regime asking. The same program that builds capability produces the record that proves it.

  • Role-based coverage mapped to EU AI Act Article 4 and the NIST AI RMF.
  • Tamper-evident records of every assessment, exam and certificate.
  • An exportable audit pack a reviewer can actually follow.

Questions, answered

Is this just another generic "intro to AI" course?

No. Generic courses teach AI trivia; ConforAI builds working skill. Every track is role-based, the exercises use realistic tasks from that role, and practice can be grounded in your own tools and policies. People finish able to do their job faster and safer, not just able to define a language model.

How does this satisfy EU AI Act Article 4?

Article 4 requires providers and deployers to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy in staff, taking their role and context into account. ConforAI delivers role-based training, verifies it with assessments and live exams, and keeps tamper-evident records mapped to Article 4 and the NIST AI RMF. No platform can guarantee a regulatory outcome, but you will have a defensible, current record of who was trained, on what, and how it was verified.

Our teams already use AI daily. Why train them?

Daily use is not skilled use. The baseline assessment usually shows a wide spread: a few genuinely fluent people, many shallow users, and some risky habits nobody knew about. The tracks meet each person where they are, and the exams prove the difference afterward.

How fast can we roll this out?

The baseline assessment can run this week. Standard tracks are ready to assign immediately, and tailoring them to your tools and policies takes days, not months. Most organizations see first certificates within a few weeks.

Do we need to replace our LMS?

No. ConforAI runs standalone in the browser, with its own programs, assessments and records. Many customers run it alongside an existing LMS: the LMS keeps general training, ConforAI owns AI capability and its evidence trail.

The bottom line

AI won't replace your people. AI-skilled competitors might.

Baseline your workforce this week. Certify your first team this month.
